6. Guest Checkout, Account Registration, and Safety
Although you can purchase products without having to register an account on the Website, there are certain online store features and functionality that is only available to Customers who create a user account at www.slysocks.co. When you sign up for an account, you voluntarily provide us some personal information. Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to review our Privacy Policy before registering an account on our Website or making any purchases. By registering an account on our Website, you agree to provide us accurate and current personal information.

The Company offers all accounts at its sole discretion, and we may refuse registration of a customer account without providing any reason. As an account holder, it is solely your responsibility to protect your account username and password.

You accept that all activity under your account is solely your responsibility, whether or not you have authorized it and you will take all necessary steps for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. If you become aware of any security breach please immediately notify us in writing. We disclaim any and all responsibility for any unauthorized access to your account.

7. Terms of Sale
SlySocks offers customers an exclusive collection of unique sock styles and other products through its online store. Customers can easily select the product they like and place their order at www.slysocks.co. We currently accept payments through Google Pay and Paypal Payment gateway. By purchasing products from our online store, you further agree to abide by the Legal Terms of your selected payment processor.

Shipping
We make our best effort to process and dispatch your order within three working days from the time you place your order. Please note that we currently only sell and deliver products to Customers who are in the United States of America. If you reside in any other jurisdiction and you order a product from our Website, we will not be able to deliver your ordered product to you.

All Shipping fees as displayed on our website include our handling charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all shipping fees and taxes are borne by the User. When you participate in any free giveaway promotions on the Website, you will remain liable for the payment of full shipping fees to enable us to deliver the free product to you.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The Company will not be held responsible for any failure/delays in delivery arising as a result of any force majeure events. The Company does not offer any guarantees that products, as listed on our website, will be available at all times. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will try to notify you via email provided by you when you placed your order.

Please note that it is solely your responsibility to review your order before making the payments to ensure they have ordered the correct product. By submitting your order, you agree to pay for any/all products you ordered (including any taxes and shipping fees).

We do not have any legal or moral obligation to accept any order, and we may decline to accept an order in our sole discretion.

Pricing
All product prices on our Website are quoted in USD. You are required to authorize the payment at the time you place your order. The Company reserves the right to change our product prices at any time; however, any changes in our pricing will not impact any orders that have already been placed.

Returns and Exchange Policy
Apart from gifts and products purchased in our online sale, you may return any product purchased from our online store within fourteen (14) days of delivery and request a refund. All sales are deemed final after the lapse of the fourteen day period and you will not be able to request any exchanges or refunds.

To return a product, you must first submit a return request through the contact form on our Website or by sending us an email at info@SlySocks.co . Upon receipt of confirmation email from the Company, the product must be shipped back to us at the Returns Address provided by the Company in the confirmation email.

Incorrect Deliveries or Damaged Products
In the event we delivered an incorrect product to you or the product you received contained a manufacturing defect or was damaged when you received it, we will gladly exchange it for you or offer you a full refund after we receive the non-compliant product back from you.

To request a refund or exchange for an incorrect delivery or damaged product, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days from the date of delivery. In case of incorrect deliveries, we will cover two-way shipping fees to enable you to return the product to us and receive the exchanged product at no additional cost to you.

Please note that for this provision, incorrect or defective products do not refer to any minor variations in the color of any product which may vary slightly based on different digital screens and studio lighting during product shoots. We make our best effort to ensure that all product description, images, colors, and measurements are an accurate depiction of the product available on our website however we are unable to offer you any guarantees.

Gifts
We are unable to offer refunds for any gift items, however, we will gladly exchange a gift item for another product of an equal price up to 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the gift item is shipped back to the Company in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. To request an exchange for your gift items, please contact Customer Support within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product. You will be solely responsible for the payment of two-way shipping fees for return and re-shipment of the exchanged product.

Return Shipping Fees
Excluding returns of incorrect and damaged products, Customers will be responsible for the payment of any shipping fees incurred in returns and reshipping products.

Condition of Returned Products
The Company will only offer you an exchange or refund for a returned product if the following conditions are met:

● Returned product is unused and in its original packaging;
● In case of defective or damaged products, the defect or damage was not caused by you after taking delivery;
● Return shipment was securely packaged to prevent any damage to the product during shipping;

We reserve the right to refuse or reduce the amount of refund if the returned product was used with visible signs of wear or if the returned product is damaged as a result of you not following the product care instructions.

Refunds Policy
Where your refund is approved, it will be processed within three weeks from the date we send you a confirmation email and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refunds should reach your account within three weeks from the date of return receipt. If you haven’t received your refund within three weeks from the date of the email confirming approval of your refund, first check your bank account. If you find three week period has lapsed and the funds are not appearing in your account please contact us at info@SlySocks.co with the word “Refund” in the subject line.

8. Order Cancellation Policy
The Company reserves the right to cancel an order at any time after the occurrence of either:

1. the products ordered being unavailable for any reason; or
2. the customer is in breach of any provisions of these terms;
3. We cease our business operation for any reason

9. Account Termination
You can terminate your Customer Account on the website at any time by contacting us at info@SlySocks.co with the words “Account Termination” in the subject line. Please note that once your account is terminated, you will not be able to login to your account using your username and password and you will not be able to reactivate your account. The Company also reserves the right to terminate any User account or suspend a User’s access to the Website under the following circumstances:

● A User has violated any provisions of this Agreement;

● A User’s conduct is harmful to the Company or any other Users; or

● The Company discontinues the Service for any reason.

10. Gift Vouchers
The Company reserves the right to offer Customers the ability to purchase gift vouchers through the Website.

Redeem you gift voucher
A recipient of a Gift Voucher will be required to create an account on the Website in order to redeem the Gift Voucher. The User who purchases the Gift Voucher is billed for the full value of the Gift Voucher at the time of purchase. You can only redeem the Gift Voucher to purchase a product that is available at www.SlySocks.com and for the value listed on the Gift Voucher. Where you wish to purchase a product that either exceeds or is below the amount available on your Gift Voucher amount, you may become liable or entitled to settle the balance through your online Customer Account. GIFT VOUCHERS MAY EXPIRE ON THE DATE STATED ON THE VOUCHER IF ANY.

11. User Conduct
As a SlySocks account holder, you agree that you will not:

● Use the website or any products offered by the Company for any illegal or unlawful purposes;

● Post any content on the website that may be potentially or actually harmful to the Company or any User;

● Post any content or information that is false, inaccurate, misleading or deceptive in nature;

● In any way, infringe any User’s, Company’s or third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or intellectual property rights;

● Act in any manner that may lead to a violation of any applicable laws or regulation;

● Post any content that may be deemed defamatory, libelous, threatening or harassing;

● Post any content that is obscene or contain any material, that we may in our sole discretion deem inappropriate or unlawful;

● Intentionally or unintentionally cause harm or subvert the function of the Website by introducing any viruses or other computer programming routines that may damage, modify, delete or interfere with any system, data or personal information stored on Website;

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached any obligation under this clause, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account.

You understand that all content available on the Website is either owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected in the United States of America and internationally by numerous international laws and conventions including copyright laws and trademark laws. We reserve the right to prosecute any violations of this provision to the fullest extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that breach of this provision can incur criminal as well as civil liability.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, CLAIM OR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF SAVINGS, REPLACEMENT COSTS OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT MADE AVAILABLE BY THE COMPANY, EVEN IF THE COMPANY WAS ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY.

THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS SUFFERED BY YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY DURING THE MONTH WHEN THE ISSUE FIRST AROSE.

15. Indemnity
You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its founders, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries against any claims, liabilities, charges, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

Neither the Company nor the User will be held liable for failure to perform any of its obligations towards the other if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or any interruption or any failure of electricity or server, system, computer, internet or telephone service.
